If these lazy fukks would go to the grocery store and cook they wouldn't be as fat, have better health in general, more energy, etc. You can buy a whole chicken ($1/lb), some carrots (<$1/lb), potatoes (<$1/lb), broccoli ($2/lb), green beans ($1/lb), pinto/navy beans ($1/lb), bananas ($0.50/lb), apples ($1/lb), grapes ($2/lb) not to mention fresh fruit and veggies when in season locally are very cheap.

its tough to be in shape... once a chick starts working long hours there is little time/motivation to get in a good workout... most people guys and girls just sit around in an office all day and when they get off work eat dinner, have a few drinks , hang with the family and pass out. wake up and do it all over again.
