everybody loves raymond sucks gorilla balls, yet i believe it is the most adapted show across the world. meaning they make their own versions of this show in more countries than any other sitcom ever, like the way we made our own version of the office and like, dancing with the stars and shit. there's a documentary coming out (or it's recently out) about the creation of the russian variant of this show, and every thing that had to be addressed when applying it to their culture. i would imagine this doc is the most intriguing thing to come from this franchise.
i thought we were the stupid country that made this on-air tragedy the number 1 show for however many seasons (much like two and a half men after it), yet apparently it's the entire effing world that's retarded enough to buy into this horseshit.
