Actually.. just to keep facts in play, a much much much much higher percentage of blacks are on welfare than whites.

And blacks make up half of the crimes in this country despite only being like 12-13% of the population.

1) Open a business and hire anyone you choose to work with you. If you would like to hire blacks then good luck to you, as a minority you could hire all blacks and scream nothing but I hate whitey and black power all day long and no one would give a shit. Living in a city where I am a minority there are a few businesses owned and operated by blacks, in almost every case the vast majority or entire workforce is black, this doesnt offend me in the slightest, nor do I feel oppressed as a result.

2) Depend solely on whites to supply you jobs, bitch and moan if the owner gives his son a good job that you are being oppressed by the white devil and get some lunatics to approve affirmative action laws which basically force discrimination AGAINST whites to overcome your "oppression"

Don't forget my people We've been killed and hated by the millions and are still less of a % than blacks but seem to have made out okay I'd say. All about the drive and motivation!

I say the opportunities are here for anyone willing to work for it...black, white, brown, yellow, albino. We have black CEOs CFOs lawyers Drs inventors teachers cops firefighters congress athletes movie stars musicians bankers authors pundits small business owners golfers hockey .....everything. So its not a race issue it's an upbringing and personal issue. If people keep raising minorities by saying you'll never make anything in life because the white man will not allow t so you need to just hustle and steal or drop out of school....then the kid ends up with a record and no education past 1th grade......of course they will not be given an opportunity to enter certain careers and prosper......same goes for whites/asians. If you drop out of school or even just stop at 12th grade and have arrests for theft/guns/assault......and you submit a resume' to JP Morgan and ask to be paid 6 figures plus benefits and get laughed at....that is not a racial issue. Same goes for entry level employment.....is Chili's or Walmart gonna let you handle cash when you just got off probation for petty theft and can't pass the server test that asks "if the order is $14.48 and the customer hands you a $20....how much change is owed" without taking out our cell phone to use a calculator....that is not a racial issue.
