I'm tired of my job and want a better or just something new.

Has anyone ever lasted on getting picked up?
Wondering if I should give it a try.
One of my friends told me that he got picked up from a Tempt Agency.

Thanks for the response. I'd figure I ask here to a live public audience who have degrees.
      I like truth. Thanks!

indeed.com is where you where you want to search.

indeed is a compilation of all the websites (careerbuilders, monster, hotjobs, etc. etc.) all rolled into one website.

You might try craigslist as well. Got my first job out of college six months ago.

I have submitted my resume to many Craigslist ads and lots of them require degrees. But I still get calls but then they say that I am "over qualified". I don't have a degree yet, so how can I?

Thanks Stevenash! I'll look into it.

I got quite a few interviews back in 2008 thanks to Monster.com. I upgraded to the premium account for like $8/month or whatever and I got lots of calls. Would recommend it - you will at least get somewhere.

yes, got my current job with a very large IT company -- been here 6 years. If you are technical, you can also try dice.com, and linkedin. Also, your best bet may be to contact a few recruiters -- they often have a lot of openings that come by their desk. It is probably the best way to fish for a new job while maintaining your current one.
