No, you're not gonna die (well eventually you will but not now) and I doubt very seriously youre high after a tylenol #3. The 3 grams of ibup. wasnt a great idea but it wont kill you. (I'm a paramedic btw)

could i take a muscle relaxer too? dizapham? It still hurting a bit. Also the grams on the ibrophen is estimated i took 4 800mg of ibruphen, however, the ibruphen expired in october 2010, so i guess it strength got weaker , so i estimated around 3000mg

Sounds like you need something a bit stronger, call your doctor and tell him what you have taken. Almost guaranteed they will give you something to help once they realize how much pain you are in. You have to be in pain to take that. Good luck, hope you feel better.

The 3 grams of Ibuprofen was a bit excessive. Drink a lot of water and get your doctor to prescribe Vicodin ES (Extra Strength). That way you just take one or two instead of giving your liver a beatdown.
