Respect on the inside is a must. without it the entire system breaks down. Disrespect on the outside is why many end up on the inside to begin with. Respect is very important in life but if some one disrespects me over something small and in turn I go and get sent away for answering that in that is then hurting and disrespecting my family, friends etc. Some things you obviously need to handle but others you need to be smart about and remember your actions play a role on more people than just you.
