I heard 'Iron Man' when I was 10 or so, been a metalhead ever since. The Big 4 was about all I listened to in high school. I dig all types of music from Rap to Bluegrass tho'.

I was turned on to metal at an early age too, I listen to all types of music nowadays. A buddy of mine does a badass bluesgrass version of Nugent's "Free For All", I always wanted him to record it.

Big fan of Metallica and Pantera. Some Megadeth gets me going, but I don't like a lot of stuff outside of those two I mentioned. It might be blasphemous, but I don't even like Priest or Iron Maiden. Much respect for the innovation, just not a huge fan of them. A newer (though not that new) band I like is Tool. Not even close to the heavy stuff that Metallica and Pantera kick out, but Danny Carey's a hell of a drummer and they can wail out a hard song every once in a while. Listen to Hooker with a Penis for an example of what I mean.
