I should have known to expect pictures but I didn't see who started the thread before I clicked on it. I am now happy for seeing this. Thank you. I was actually coming in here to say that I like the taste of red apples with peanut butter as opposed to the green ones. I like to put green ones through the cheese grater and baste ribs with it during the last hour of cooking.
But now having seen the purpose of this thread, green is the way to go here.
