I haven't had fully functional shoulders for 3 years now. I feel your pain.

Tore my Labrum in Feb of 10' , tried everything before deciding on surgery last Nov, healing up now, but still is a bit stiff, come to find out I also had 2 torn discs in my neck as well..Nice diagnosis Mr. Ortho..

I had orthoscopic surgery on my shoulder 3 months ago and now after all the physical therapy my shoulder is at 75% within a couple of months I will be at 100%. It sucked not being able to lift anything for 2 months but I am progressing very well.

If you have to get surgery than I suggest you do it it will be the best thing you ever did for yourself.
