            Best advise I can give is ... just work hard in the gym. Don't waste your time writing down what you lifted just get in the gym and stay busy. Don't waste time talking with buddys in the gym . Get after it. After you work out.. eat some protein. Also hit up the steam room/ sauna afterward , it gets you ripped and melts that fat.

                          damn 193... i have doing a lot more back muscles at the gym lately... i put on 5 pounds of muscle... i went from 170 to 175. I'd like to get up 190 by February so I can make a independent league baseball team. Isn't the key to putting on weight building up your legs?

                          My baseball coach once said if you want to put on weight , eat a loaf of bread every night before you go to sleep.
