saw all the old ones and saw that one with mark whalberg which was ok they kind of just went out on a limb with that one but this is an actual remake and this was my favorite of the originals cant wait to see it

thought this movie was a brand new story and a "prequel?" There is an original version of this? I've only seen planet of the apes with charlton Heston and the remake with whalburg.

Just got done watching this. Downloaded a pretty good copy online. I enjoyed the movie. Shows how the Apes get smart and the humans kill themselves off. Stupid humans, lol.

are we talking about rise of the planet of the apes? if that is the case then yes, movie is actually quite decent and I really liked it. although I thought I won't. Hollywood and that crapp.

Saw this movie earlier yesterday. I'd have to agree the trailers ALWAYS make the movie better than it appears.

The movie does provide a good story on how it all started. The little details in the movie make it better but it could have used just something MORE.
