Thoughts on WordPress? 
We used a local designer for our business site a few years back and paid for hosting through another company. Looking to transfer the info and start fresh...also will be adding a new site and have been hearing good things about Wordpress being more than just a cheap place to blog lately regarding ease of use, cost, and all in one site building and hosting.
