right ear feels "full". Doesn't hurt at all just uncomfortable and whenever I pick at it with a Q-tip alot of wax comes out...seems like it's wax build up in there..thankfully I have health insurance

All the q-tips do is pack the wax down your canal just like like packing one of those revolutionay war rifles. We wash out patients ears several times a week in my practice.
Today we had a guy who had a bug fly in his ear. it was driving him ape-sh*t batty by the time he got to the office. Put some 91% alcohol down the canal to kill the bug and washed it out. Came out whole. Pretty neat. His wife screamed like a little girl when she saw the bug come out. She thought he was making the whole thing up! LoL...
