Kinda strange how 80% of the homeless people in the city I work for are black yet the majority of the city is 45% Mexican, 30% white, and 25% black.....fact not being racist. Kinda funny how every "projects, or govt assisted living'' complex you see across the nation is 90% black...fact not being racist...

I do fuckin hate the ghetto black accent as it just feels like Im in the projects whenever I hear it but the reality is that the business world hates it as well and if you start talking ghetto in a job interview and expect to get anything other than flipping burgers you're SOL

Well its partly peer pressure and its partly from hanging out with majority black ppl, that's the only accent and speech you're exposed to, if you were to speak proper normal English like you learn in school you would be considered a wannabe white sellout and probably have no friends as you wouldnt get along with the ghetto accented blacks and wouldnt want to be the only black guy amidst a group of all white kids and basically BE the sellout wannabe white

People talk in a lot of different ways in the ghetto. My cousin Jimmy was born and raised in LA around hoover crips and he talks like he's from a white suburb.

What the chaoz said is true. Not being accepted by society pushes u further away. Folks I know don't want to be anything like the people that look down on them. It's really complicated.

There's that joke, all black people speak at least two languages, ghetto and job interview.
