Could always not have to worry about starting a business and just flip burgers or ask "can I take your order"...You'll be making 50 bucks per day.

Buy houses and rent them. Let's say you got 4. If every house rent is 750$, then 750 x 4 = 3,000$ /Month. It makes 100$/Day..

Exactly, that's the reason I sports bet and my real job pays my bills and I spend all my sports betting profits on bank cds renting out duplexes etc. So now if I ever lose my bank roll or my job or both I still make plenty from my bank cds and duplexes.

why is it when someone asks for some idea, alot of guys here in the sbr forum give out stupid answers?
better shut up when you dont have anything helpful to say.
anyway, Saywer i appreciate your post man. its just like in internet marketing. people say that when you know how to make your website earn $1 a day, then make 100 websites to make $100 a day instead of hoping for your 1 website to earn $100 everyday.
so putting up a business is a bad idea compared to being a laborer? is $50-100 a day profit really that hard to make in the US? isnt it the minimum wage there is $10/hr

Dog walker. Cash money. Walk 5 dogs twice / day, $10 per walk per dog = $100. I'd pay someone to walk mine, it's been 100+ degrees this week here!

50 bucks a day you can hardly live on....Maybe that's why no one gave a serious answer. Most jobs you get pay 50 bucks at least per day.

I want to have a driving range. On this driving range will be vending machines to get your driving balls at. This would eliminate the need for an employee to stand around and text and sell people balls when they need them.
Also it will be 24 hours, so people can come in at all times, whenever is convenient for them.
I will also have beer vending machines where you can buy yourself a drink or three while you are driving home some golf balls.
I think its a real money maker, I just need some vending machines.
All you would have to do is collect, cut grass, and gather balls to refill machine. 1-2 hrs a day max and could make some serious cash. Especially since Lee county is one of the united states top spots to be if you are a golfer.

POKER!
Seriously not being a degen, but $50-$100 a day (average some days up some down but average) you can make that in the micros if you are decent and treat it like a business.
Or sell weed, put myself through school that way.

What kinda of loan do you take out to start a duplex side business? Been thinking of doing this, I have good credit but little collateral.

Use to work on a golf course range it takes a hell of a lot longer to cut the grass and pick all the balls up. It took us atleast 2 Hours to pick all the balls up at night, and that doesn't include making mini pickups throughout the day. We had an industrial size lawn mower plus a picker which your probably looking at 20,000 for all of that equipment.
1-2 hours max

It would depend. I can cut well over 10 acres of grass in less than 1 hour with a bush hog. I would also hire illegals to pick up balls by hand all day and pay 1c per ball. Got it all figured out.
No seriously the size of the range would depend on the work that would be needed. The industrial sized lawnmower you were using looks like a tonka toy next to tractor/bush hog.

thanks for sharing guys. now this thread is going where it's supposed to be.
vending machine seems like an excellent idea. i wonder whats the ROI for this.
nail shop or salon can make $50-100 a day but of course training of staffs is necessary.
the driving range business seems to be lucrative since alot of people love playing golf. but the problem here is, you need to
put up a lot of money to set this one up. for someone who is just starting, it would be a longshot but in the future, im considering it

Low initial startup, low overhead, no equipment expenses, can easily get to 35K/year or more part time with a 1 person operation and get to 100K/year with 1.5 to 2 people if you dominate a multi-city area depending on the layout of where you live. I've seen it done and there are dog walkers and pet sitters coming out of the woodwork in our area lately.
If you have a little more vision, larger companies that employ walkers/sitters to do the dirty work can reach 300K/year working county-wide or multiple counties.

pan handling in a large city.. can make $50-$300 a day.. lol
but since the minimum wage is around $7.50, a mediocre job gest you that if you work.. if you invest, sno-cones sell like hotcakes.. $2-$5 each.. you can make a killing! just hire a teen to do it for ya..
