Google them. Experiment with keywords like "ratings" and "reviews." Pay more attention to negative reviews than positive, since those are less likely fake, and be wary of any drug with only a few reviews.

Maca and tribulus work. Those two are cheap. Just don't take it too many days in a row cause your body adapts.
