LA Noire Game

Anyone played it? I bought if for 50 euro the other day, loved it at the beginning but now I'm finding it REALLY BORING. At first, the idea of checking out a crime scene and looking at clues, talking to witnesses and interrogating suspects was absolutely amazing.

After about the 6th time of doing the same thing, I've got bored. I'm a homicide detective at the moment, after this, do they change it up, does it get more interesting? Anyone tell me because I'm honestly thinking of trading it at gamestop and accept a huge loss.

I was in the same position. It was pretty sweet at the beginning. Homicide was my favorite part of the game. You still have to go through Vice and Arson, although Vice is only a few missions long.

The game is too linear for my liking. I have purposefully done terrible on a mission and arrested the wrong guy just to see what would happen. I got a low star rating for the mission, but that was the only consequence. It didn't put me down a different path or anything. Very good idea for the game, but not enough meat in it. I put it below Red Dead Redemption

I knew that before I bought the game. As I said, I was excited about the idea of the game. It's seemed like a brilliant idea and it was, at first, now it's just beginning to bore me. I'll prob finish it and then exchange (which I've prob done twice).

I agree with the post above, it's a very linear from what I've played anyway.

makes me laugh when someone cant understand why someone else does something they dont do, it's a "waste" of time.

I feel the same way about the first Bioshock. Fuking game is just so boring! And it just takes a bunch of elements from other games and combines them. The only good thing it has going for it is the environment. It's really cool having the setting of the game in an under water city. But other than that, I'm having a tough time finding motivation to finish it. I thought this game was going to be awesome or something. But it just sucks.
