    Ways to relax
    what do you guys do to relax..

    For people that are antsy, nervous, high anxiety,

    I know smoking helps but not going to smoke.

          Smoking doesn't help, it's a stimulant and doesn't do any good for people with anxiety. Same with caffeine, lay off that shit if you want to relax. Don't really have any answers for you, I'd say take sometime to yourself to just calm down. If you can learn how to meditate, supposedly that works.

          Yeah and benzos are great if you want to go the drug rout, but addictive.

                  Try meditation. I do 30 min-1 hr a day. It centers you and puts you at peace with the universe. If this doesn't work...rub one out.

                    rub one out or try this: go to simplynoise dot com, crank up your speakers or headphones, select white, pink, or brown. click oscillate. shut your eyes and just listen for 15 minutes. You'll be relaxed if you don't fall asleep first. If that doesn't work there's always Jim Beam.

                                  and wanking can become very addictive if you are using it to relax, and its not the healthiest choice if your topping more than 1 a day.
                                  also it can only take you so far, after a period of time you will feel how you did before and need to wank again

                                  Meditation sounds good, but its hard to get into especially because it takes a lot of practice to get relaxed at-least for me.

                                      have you heard any of the brainsync series or anyone know about the brain sync series and its effects for them and compare/contrast to simplynoise.

                                                          gr8 suggestions. Anything that helps some1 relax without drugs (over the counter included) is the way to go

                                                            I go for a long walk with my dogs. Best time to do it is at dusk or dawn. To me if feels like a little piece of heaven.
