    whats the best way to lose weight fast
    6 foot.. 210. Going on vacation in 2 weeks.. Most my weight is in stomach.. Any quick diets and workouts to shed some of this quick?? Real answers please.. Nothing like throwing up haha hekp!

                Do a 2 week hard core detox system. Hardcore one, not a sissy overpriced/overhyped bullsh!t either.

                No sugars and fruits. Serious no fruit. Cut you dairy back to nothing if you can. Try unsweetened almond milk, only 35 caleries per serving. Quinoa is a great alternative to pasta and rice. This can be had at almost every meal as your carb along with veggies. Stick to fish and chicken breast meat and you'll be on your way. Oh yah, low sodium, sodium will make you look pudgy. Drink lots of water!

                    Twice in my life I ate nothing but a can of tuna --no bread and just a dab of mayo-- in water not oil and ocassionally 2 cans per day. I also allowed myself a reasonably large bowl of raisin bran in skim milk each evening. Plus one 8 oz glass of skim milk daily. Once every 2 or 3 daysI allowed myself one vodka and cranberry juice. The cranberry juice was an attempt to protect my kidneys from the excessive uric acid from the tuna which I knew likely could cause kidney stones.

                    The result: Both times I went from over 245 pounds to under 200 inside of 2 months. No exercise was involved. First time I had a kidney stone attack right near the end of the diet. The second time the kidney stone attack came about a month after I completed the diet. The upshot both times was a fast 50 pound loss. I am big boned,athletic and 6 foot tall. No lasting ill effects with the kidney stone thing. Both times passed the stone without medical attention. Of course horrific pain for a day or so. And althoughI eventually put the weight back on, it took years.

                    Never talked to a doctor about this so I'm sure it was not the safest thing to do.

                      30 minute crossfit workouts (google it). Paleo/low carb diet consisting of lean meats, eggs, leafy green veggies, nuts, and some minimal fruit. Minimal carb, no beer. Should be able to drop 10 lbs of fat easily in 10 days.

                        These are always funny every summer/vacation.

                        2 weeks are not going to do anything, even if you lost weight with extreme measures you'll look like shit anyway.

                          I've done this tuna and water diet several times. Just never for that long of a duration. Usually did a week or 10 days tops.

                                              quit eating. drink water. just enough calories to avoid passing out.... of course you won't be able to do anything but you will have lost weight.... but you'll look fatter most likely.

                                                    between 7 AM ant 4 pm.. about 15 doritos, a PBJ sandwich, Apple, Banana, pretzels, and about 60 oz water, 4 cups of Black coffee.

                                                    5pm: Chicken, Rice,(or yam, or perogies, spaghetti) and a veggie.

                                                    1030 pm: sandwich, or a pbj ricecake, or grilled cheese..

                                                    bed at 11

                                                    beverages include.. gatorade, water, and skim milk

                                                    no excercise

                                                                      You won't lose weight by eating like this. If you want to lose weight in 2 weeks, stay away from fruits like BIGDAY said, they're high in natural sugar. Stay away from PBJ too much sugar in them. Do not eat grill cheese too much fat. Water is a must and black coffee is ok. I would limit or completely eliminate gatorade and skim milk.

                                                                      Any crash diet you do you will most likely gain the weight back and maybe more. If you're gonna lose weight do it the right way.
