Nearly everybody in Costa Rica pisses and shits in the ocean. Well, that's where most of it ends up anyway; majority of the raw sewage goes straight into the rivers which empty out into the ocean, because CR has no sewage treatment/processing plants. There's an awesome bit of eco-tourism that nobody ever tells yah.
