JL is the best for my money. But as said already, girls don't appreciate that shit at all. I have to turn down the sub level in my truck (I have 1 10" JL under the back seat of my truck) whenever my lady rides w/ me. "It hurts my ears"....then you tell her, now you're back is going to hurt, because you just pulled landscaping duty. But really, all joking aside, the ladies, on average, just don't appreciate the bass as we do...I do turn mine down for the princess whenever she rides w/ me. I have the same set up with 2 JL 10's and the wife tilts when the bass is up high That's why I have a bass knob in there. Turn it down low when she's in there, if she still bitches kick her to the curb
