The pieces are bigger, but the flavor of the spices aren't as good as Popeyes. It's pretty good tho.

I really like Churchs spicy chicken. It is not hot, just some pepper added. IMO, much better than the original recipe and KFC. They started offering it here about 2 years ago, but it did not sell well so they seldom had it available. Now it is almost always available.

Popeyes had a short run here in Mexico. When they started it was great, the spicy chicken was hot and very good. And I liked a lot of the complements: Jambalaya, dirty rice, rice & beans. But they soon went downward, offering very small chicken pieces, and taste became too salty. So, they folded in about 2 years.

The church's by my house is terrible so I cant get a good judge of church's but because of that Im bias of that...its terrible and kfc is better hahahah..The Popeyes is good though

definitely missing out. try popeye's and you'll never have kfc again. not sure if they still have it, but i had a double chicken sandwich at church's a while back that was awesome, with fries and drink was only $4.99
