Johon, if Canadian's health care system is so much better than the U.S., then why does Canada wait for U.S. drug patents to expire and then mass market generic versions as opposed to coming up with useful drugs on your own?

Canada's healthcare system works very well as long as you never get seriously sick. However, when the time comes where you need highly technical and specialized health care, Canada's healthcare system falls far short as is the case with all countries that have socialized medical care systems.

For some reason I'll never understand, people believe they are entitled to unlimited free medical care and shouldn't have to pay a red cent for it. When that happens and medical care gets socialized, you wind up getting exactly what you pay for.

There is a good reason why wealthier Canadians come running to the U.S. when they or their loved ones get seriously ill.

Johon, you can take your socialized medical care and shove it straight up where the sun don't shine.
