Subway sucks period. They use the worst meat and vegetables. Their bread is actually pretty good though. I go to subway when I have no other options.

i thought it was nasty. granted only tried once, but the egg seemed like it was cooked and sitting in the container for a day or more, and it was dry and flavorless. i would rather have a egg and cheese bacon biscuit from jack n the box. but i usually stick with a chorizo burrito from my local mexican joint here in socal.

It is good. 6" Breakfast on regular bread or flat bread. Choice of Egg White or plain Egg. Not bad for 3 bucks. Now they have a special where you get the 6" Breakfast sandwich and a coffee for 3 bucks.

Get the egg white ham and egg thing on a muffin. Calories are low - lots of protein and the price is pretty good. Just lay off the damn cookies!

Never tried it..usually drink a glass of oj or grab a fruit or cereal before i leave the house..lools good...but i gave up on subway a looong time ago..generic turkey and ham..and how about that chicken and steak..nasty shiiit

Egg whites with sausage and veggies on 6 inch flat bread. A respectable fast food breakfast for $3.50

I went there during breakfast time, but got my normal oven roasted chicken on wheat bread. Can't get enough of it!
