I run two to three miles three or four days a week and i fukkin hate it. Kill myself and never get a runners high. Is that shlt real?

Runners high exists, you'll know it when it happens.
Not just from running gives you that glorious high, I used to get it from biking....

I used to run about the three miles five times a week and I never got runners high. Maybe the distance needs to be further??

I hate running too, so i play basketball instead and its just as good of a workout. We play about 5 full court games so i'd figure im running at least 5 miles during one night and you dont even realize it.
