China is encouraging (telling) it's people to hoard gold and silver. Other Governments (Brazil, Venezuala etc.) are stockpiling both...Silver won't hit $10 again in our lifetime.

People were buying on margin at low rates. People got wind of rates rising and the market got trashed. Wonder if anyone is going to get some jail time for insider trading?

Insider trading? The rate hikes have been announced by the CME over and over. They're going up again Monday for the 5th time in 2 weeks.
