Hot sauce

Frank's red hot is like ketchup in my house. I can't get enough of the stuff. I love trying new hot sauces and have tried alot of different kinds but nothing seems to beat good ol' Frank's. Anyone have a good hot sauce recommendation? And if so where to buy it?

Sriracha (red rooster hot sauce) is the best and goes well with so many things. It's in the asian/ethnic aisle of any supermarket.

Cholula and Tapatio are good for general use as well. I get tired of them though.

I really like siracha but only with asian food, with other stuff it doesn't seem to work for some reason.

I like "Ass Kickin Cajun Hot Sauce" as my go to sauce on anything that's not asian or pizza. I only put tabasco on pizza

I like the Dave's Insanity sauce, but you have to use it one drop at a time. I mostly use it with sour cream. A few spoonfuls of sour cream a couple drops of Dave's. Perfect for dipping Doritos.

I agree, Franks is good for wings. For me I love Tabasco, I order it by the gallon from Tabasco because it is so much cheaper than the 12 oz bottles. There are probably three or four gallons of Tabasco on the refrigerator right now. Like to buy them crack the seal and let them age in the air for a while. Franks is probably the best hot sauce you can find just about anywhere. There are some good cajun hot sauces, but they're tough to find unless you're in that area or at a cajun restaurant.

That's my favorite too, but I usually have several hot sauces in the house to change things up. Right now I have sriracha(rooster), Sos Cili sriracha (a little smokier, a little less garlic), Tabasco, Tapatio, Choulola, Frank's and Cajun Chef. I also really like Barbados Jack habanero sauce, but haven't been able to find it, very tasty but has some serious heat.

I have never been a big fan of Frank's sauce.
In a pinch I like Tabasco or Tabasco Chipotle
but I really prefer to make my own....

Dave's Insanity sauce is scorching hot--best I've found. Jimmy's right--a drop or 2 goes a LONG way! I use it nearly every day and its awesome.
