Also, with your bacon technique, obviously all ovens are different but I found that 14 wasn't getting it done. Went to 17, still not really getting it crispy enough. Would adjusting the rack height help? Thanks.

The hair is growing non-stop and is starting to have a life of it's own. It's even making calls for carry-out.

I like to switch shit up sometimes Keyboard.

As for the bacon, I recommended 400 degrees (do not preheat) and 20 to 22 minutes depending on the oven.
