Just off the Strip, and if you go north or northeast, yes. Other than that, it's a great place to live -- especially if you're young and single.

Worst: Tie between Detroit and Cleveland, these cities are so far in the dumper they need to be designated as landfills for the rest of the country, though I do like Hardcore Pawn, its quite entertaining watchin a ghetto black dude walk through a blizzard to pawn his DVD player for which he gets offered 10 bucks and then goes completely insane and gets in a fight with security bc they wouldnt give him 20...Detroit has a bright future
