I have worked there when I was young. egg is an actual egg (you gotta crack it and fry it,ham is real and bun is real.
now, the eggs you get on mcgriddles are fake, they come in a milk carton container and you put them into moulds.

but i agree, the only 2 things that aren't fake on the menu is the egg mcmuffin and the crispy chicken sandwich

McMuffins are awesome. It's the fake salty orange cheese that does it. Same for the other sandwiches. Without that cheese McDonalds is nothing.
