    Daily Thread Limit
    Happy Easter All.

SBR will you please set a limit on the number of threads daily a poster can create. I ask because this is getting out of hand and you have to scroll through the same old BS from the same posters day after day to find others' threads.

For instance, right now Roxxy has 10 different threads on page 1 of PT. Now I'm not picking on Roxxy but I don't care which poster it is, 10 on page 1 of PT is a little ridiculous. This happens on a daily basis and its usually the same handful of posters. Either make a new thread daily with your pick/s or run a year long thread.

I realize you will disregard this perhaps because of posters like JJ but you could always set it up where JJ and mods do not have this restriction.

    As always, thanks.

Yes, I like this idea very much. It would stop posters like Roxxy-whatever from posting 32 threads a day with each pick. Clogs up PT and drives me nuts!

had free minute before poker kicks off today and did a quick count:

Roxxy currently has 7 threads on page 1 of PT

improvement from 10 but still a little too much for my liking

I proposed this a long time ago too and totally agree. First thing I think is that any one with less than 1,000 posts should not be able to start threads in PT. Every mook newbie on earth starts dumb threads when they start and just clog the forum. The attention whores are obviously very tough to police. But I think restricted newbies would certainly help to start.

This makes sense; not all threads are equal.
