iphone is the best phone out there bar none. The interface is easier than anything, the battery life is much better than the droids...Its just a better phone. However, the droids are still great phones and you cant go wrong with either of the phones but there is a reason the Iphone is the most popular phone.

People like simple. Doesn't make it better.
Apple's advertising may have a hand in the popular part, if that is true about it being most popular. Then the "simple" part comes into play again as well.

My EVO battery life last a good amount of time, until I jump on the internet and keep it there for long periods of time. Like most phones.

What makes iPhone "much" better then Android?

I have a droid and absolutely love it. Internet is fast and you can make it a wi-fi hotspot.

I'll say it again with the Verizon IPhone 4: you will only download at 3G no matter where you are. New Verizon Droids get 4G speeds. It's that simple. If you want 4G speed, get a Droid or wait for the new IPhone to compare.

have the optimus and the battery's dead in a day even if unused when iphone can go 4-5 days.

its also been giving me problems with freezing and blacking out after i downloaded some apps while iphone never did that.

but cant beat the service. $25 for unlimited net, texts and wifi hotspot.

when iphone 5 comes out ill probably switch though.

yeah but e71/6790 costs $200 and iphone 5 will cost something like $1200 on ebay. so $1400 right off the bat to get no 3g on st. id rather just get it for $199 with at&t subsidizing it.

my mom had st and threw it in the garbage cause coverage was awful.

Can't really go wrong with either. I really like the Droid X. Had an incredible and while I liked that one, the battery didn't last that long if you were using the phone for the internet alot. However, buying extended batteries for phones are pretty cheap online so that takes care of that complain real fast.
