My wife has given birth to 2 kids naturally. The last one 5 months ago. She's determined and makes it to the gym regularly. She's also breast feeding which sucks the weight off. Of course we'll have to get a breast lift/augmentation in the future. But as far as below the waist everything is pretty much back to normal.
