    The legalization of marijuana
Ontario is one step closer to the legalization of marijuana after the Ontario Superior Court struck down two key parts of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act that prohibit the possession and production of pot.

The court declared the rules that govern medical marijuana access and the prohibitions laid out in sections 4 and 7 of the Act “constitutionally invalid and of no force and effect” on Monday, effectively paving the way for legalization.

i <3 marijuana lol. I dont understand why Americans view it so negatively for the most part when your presidents, and anyone with power have admitted to smoking it

Legalize it and tax it.......The state of California could use a little additional revenue.

that's what's gonna suck.. when it taxed and it becomes outrageously expensive much like the climb of tobacco. good thing is even if legal im sure there will be a lot of dealers selling for cheap (ala cheap cigarettes)

I don't smoke, but I see no reason why it shouldn't be legalized.

It should be legal. No harm to anyone!

The majority of law makers are the same hypocrites that were buying it by the ounce or pound in the 60s.

maybe this great recession will force the unitedstates to legalize eventually. if nobody can find a job to pay taxes somebody has to keep up the welfare class. Let the heads do it, that way the govment can get back a little of that money its paying out to the bastards who mainly hang around "tha hood" and smoke blunts all day.

hell yeah it was legal before so why not legalize it again. every state/country in the world could use the extra revenue generated by taxing it, then i could set-up irelands first coffee shop
