Usually once or twice. Sometimes none. But I take opiates and it causes dry mouth. So I go to bed drinking water and keep a bottled water beside the bed. When I wake up I always have severe dry mouth and have to drink water.

If you are getting up 3 or 4 times I would get it checked out. It's not hard to ride to the doctor and get a painless evaluation.
