Anyone ever use this site?

I got a free 3-day trial from a client of mine that does advertising for them. I filled out the stupid profile and put a picture up....my god! There are some serious trolls roaming around there. I came back to the site about 24 hours later to see if anything happened and I had 4 emails from women in my general area and one was more hideous than the next and seemed to write at a 7th grade level. I searched through the site for women in my area...not very impressive, either.

The best places to meet quality relation type material women are still at the gym, stores, restaurants, etc. If you are just looking for booty then bars/clubs are of course the obvious, but quality women are hard to find there.

I'm with ya there. I didn't sign up with the free trial with any intentions of looking for a woman, just wanted to see what all the hype was about. I know a few people that have had success but there sure didn't look like anything special there. Maybe I'm just superficial...who the hell knows.

But yes, looking for ass is bars/clubs. I tended bar in college every relationship I had with a girl from bar (either pick up or coworker) never worked out. Gotta meet chicks in day to day life...like the hot chick that works at your bank or at the gym the same time as me every day.

Got on Match.com when it first started up. There were some decent women back then. I actually met a girl on there I was totally in love with very quickly. A little too quickly for her (about a month and a half). I told her I loved her and she freaked out and bolted. That was around a decade ago. I haven't actually meant it when I've said it since. I ended up getting laid three times from the site, but never found another person like her.

Once the market was saturated, match com became the leftovers. Hell for that you can go to plentyoffish.com and get the same chicks free. If you want the online relationship, try to find a chat room or pay the extra big bucks for a site like chemistry.com.
