The episode begins with a woman named Keesha coming to the pawn shop. She says that she is here to pawn a PlayStation 3 some videogames so she can get her boyfriend out of jail. Keesha insists that her boyfriend isn't doing her any good in jail and she needs $150 from the pawn shop. She refuses to leave without the $150. Keesha comes up to Ashley with the PS3 and the videogames. Keesha tells Ashley right off the bat that she needs $150 for everything. Ashley asks if she needs $150 for everything. Keesha replies that she needs $150 for the PS3, but for the other games she is looking for other prices. Ashley tells her that the items put together are worth less than $150 here. Keesha is angry and says that isn't going to work for her. Ashley is shocked at the way Keesha is talking to her. Ashley can't believe that Keesha is going to tell her what to give her. Ashley says she can give her $100 for the PS3. Keesha says that isn't going to work for her. Ashley asks what else she has to offer her so they can tally it up. Keesha says that they are starting with the PS3 and she is getting $150. Ashley tells Keesha that she is not going to tell her what price to give her. Keesha yells at Ashley and tells her that she isn't fooling around and wants $150. Ashley tells Keesha not to raise her voice at her. Keesha yells that this is America and it's a free country so she can talk however she wants and demand what she wants. Les approaches Keesha and asks what's going on. Keesha says that she is not taking anything less than $150 for the PS3. Les can't believe that she's yelling about a loan. Les tries to be reasonable and help her, but Keesha won't listen. Les has had enough. He hands the PS3 to the security guards and Keesha is escorted out of the pawn shop without making a deal. Outside, Keesha says that she isn't going to give the pawn shop an apology because she feels that they wronged her. Ashley walks to the back and Rich asks her what happened. Ashley tells him about Keesha demanding a price and admits that the woman was making her nervous. The group has a laugh about the whole situation. Keesha thinks that the pawn shop is full of crooks and she's just going to have to find a different shop to pawn her items.
