My guess is its a rap video shoot done late at night when the streets are relatively empty...if you look to the far left of the picture you can barely see the edge of a giant light used to light the scene....its probably in between takes and shes enjoying a snack

if you haven't been to detroit then why knock it?
i was there last summer, had a great time with the family at a tigers game and the science museum.
one of the best baseball stadiums in the u.s. - yes there's a lot of poverty but downtown cleveland, milwaukee, etc have areas that are just as unpleasant.

so i guess i'm one of the "nobodys" that took a vacation to detroit. but sadly you're probably right, if i wasn't going to the baseball stadium for the first time it wouldn't have happened.
