My life story from birth

Born on august 31st 1972 in morganfield, ky. Dad was in the army back from vietnam. He was shot in vietman but would never talk
about it. We moved to switzerland when i was around 1 and lived there and in france, germany and england up to the age of six,
On the way back home. We where at the airport and i refused to get on the plane and was scared and crying. They said why. I said that
the plane looks different then the others.I even remember seeing a flame shooting out of the engine. I called it the big round thing
on the back. I then took off running. They could not find me so we had to take another flight. Guess what happened? The other plane crashed
with no survivors. Too this day, i don't even remember what city i was in, i never even asked my parents ever. All i know is that it happened.
Im stunned to this day, ive never done a web search for plane crashes in the early 70's from europe. I almost did once but for some reason
I don't.
After dad was discharged from the army we moved back to a little city in kentucky. As a baby i was told i cried, cried
and cried, and that i was cursed by the devil. I know this because anytime a baby was around,, people would always say
that i cried and believed i was cursed by the devil.
One of my earliest childhood memories was in kindergarten and we had to color a picture of abe lincoln. She
said we could color it anyway we wanted so i colored him black. After i handed it in, she twisted my ear and asked
why i colored him black. I said he doesn't look white too me, looks kind of dark complected. She then said there
will never be a black president. The only black kid in class laughed his ass off when i showed him the pic.
I then went to a catholic school and when i was in the first grade, some guys from the 8th grade tied me up in the bathroom and said
they were gonna hang me to death. yes a real hanging. Yes they really did try to kill me. Not sure why, i was six years old.
I was in the bathroom stall hanging and choking to death. I have no idea how but after a few seconds or minutes. I can't really remember
but i got myself done and out of it. I then remember the stunned looks on there faces as i walked back to class as i had to walk by
there class to get to mine. Too this day, anytime i see one of them, they give me this look and i give them one back. Doesn't happen to often
that i bump into one but the look i give them is kind of like, yep I'm a bad ass and you'll pay for what you did for the rest of your life.
I was a great athlete when i was young. I was the all star baseball player and was a good tennis player from the very first time I played. One of the
jealous kids in the 3rd grade then started a rumor that i was gay. Everyone liked him and he was very popular. I thought i was also, but up until
the 9th grade i was tagged as gay boy. My parents didn't even know and i never once talked to a girl during school. Hard to talk
to someone when they won't talk to you. I continued to kick ass in baseball , tennis , football and basketball. I was the best basketball player in school
and everyone knew it. I couldn't play though, because i was the gay boy. I forgot to mention i was beat up everyday even though
i was the tallest and the biggest. I didn't care. I could take it and nothing i can do and i would never let my parents know.
I remember one day i was very sick . In catholic school you went to church 2 days a week at 9 am till 10. One day after taking
communion , i went outside and threw up.
The nun sister, then grabbed my ear and twisted it around and said i was cursed by the devil. She then told me all catholics
are right and everyone else in the world was wrong. I knew right then and there that she was wrong and i would fake being catholic perhaps
for the rest of my life. I even knew the pastor or Father was gay. But who am i to say, im suppovely the gay boy..
From the age of 9 till the age of 11 , i don't think i said more than 500 total words. I only speak unless im spoken too and after
being hit over and over , i started to develop some speech trouble and i still have today,. I sometimes get tongue tied
and stutter.
I was the star lineman and defensive end on the little league football team. The coaches all said there sons were, but i knew and
so did everyone else that i was the best. I never played another game after the 6th grade till my senior year. I will talk about that late.
My mom had affairs as a child . Before taking me to the football game, she would drive out to the woods and had an affair with a certain guy,
while i was in the backseat burning up. I then missed the van that would take me to the game. I ended up missing the last game as
I know believe i had a heat stroke and my mom didn't even take me to the doctor in fear i would say something to dad.
I lived next to a bar as a child . The bar closed down when i was 16 because it was close to town and the cops wanted the area to be
clean and would pull over too many people. My millionaire grandpa that wouldnt give a dime to anyone also closed down because his
grandkids were getting close to an age where they could start drinking and he would return to full time farming.
One day i was driving down the road with my dad and i accidently waived at the guy my mom was having an affair with. My dad also
waived, they knew eachother from school and also went to the same bar. My dad bartended there on weekends after his regular job
during the week. I would be there almost eveyday playing pool and pacman.
After i waived, my dad turned to me and said how do i know him. He said you saw him with your mother , he kept saying it over and over and screaming until i started to cry and say yes.
When we got home , my parents got into an argument. My mom didn't deny it and she said that he went out with bar women after the bar closed also and he didn't say much after that. Even though they were still married, it was pretty much all over at that point until they finally divorced in 94.
That nite, my mom stabbed my dad and it was one of the most horrific things ive ever seen. He didn't even go to the hospital even though i seen it
go in about 2 or 3 inches. Im still stunned over it till this day.
A week doesn't go by i don't think about it.
When i was in the 4th grade, me and my cousin was having an argument about a beer can. A crushed beer can was across the road. I said it was a pabst blue ribbon, he said it was something else.
I then crossed the road to see what it was and bam. A car going about 30 mph hits me and i fly up in the air according to witnesses and even broke
the windshield. I then got up and ran. People thought i was dead. I was crying, because my mom and dad got out of the house and started screaming at me because i broke a windshield and didnt see the car.
They didn't care about me, just that persons car and if they owed any money for it. I guess i didnt' receive any damage from it even though as i somehow
convinced most people that it didn't even hit me and it only hit my hand and i fell down. No idea how i did that.
people said i hit the car hard and ground hard. I still say to this day,, that car pulled out at the restaurant about 100 feet away and didn't see me. No idea how she could of hit me . She was an old lady on top of that. At least 60 back then seemed old.
My teacher at school then forced me to get in front of the class and talk about my experience of getting hit by the car.

I have a sister that was born blind and 5 years younger then me. She is also mentally handicapped but not as bad as someone
that looks mentally challenged. Most blinds are cross eyed or you can tell by looking. You can't tell at first glance that she is blind. She knows basic stuff
and loves to sing and listen to music.
Is it any wonder why my dad got drunk everyday and i never once remember him being sober? He was sober the first hour he was awake i guess but then i wanted him drunk. I liked him better drunk.
When i was in the 6th grade he shot at me with a bow and missed me by a half inch maybe. How can someone do that?? The arrow went right into the wall.
I don't even think he remembered it. It was never mentioned and i never told anyone until now.
I finally graduated from catholic school and now going to high school. Not sure how or what happened, but i was no longer gay boy and everyone in the catholic school was cool to me, even the babes.
I still never even kissed a girl yet.. In fact to this day, i haven't kissed or had sex with a women since 1993. Why?? I don't know. I get
too choked up. Im broke, no money, live with mom. I also think nobody wanted to date anyone that has to take care of a blind sister
and uncle with alzhieimers everyday. I talk to women all the time. It doesn't help being 350 pounds and no job.

How i lost a fantasy football league with 11 id's , all being me and the 1 other real manager wins the league, when i promised
the winner 10 thousand dollars.
Part 2
My senior year in high school was pretty cool. That summer i decided to play football for the 1st time since the 6th grade. I don't believe
many where happy to see my there as 4 guys knew i would be taking there spot after they busted there but for years to get where they are at.
I played o and d line at 230 pounds and 6;2. Big for high school. I never touched a weight and hardly ran at all. I went through camp like a breeze and
everyone expected me to be the starting left guard and inside linebacker or d end.
Before the first game, the coach comes up to me and tells me he is not going to play me. I was pissed and i knew i was being blackballed.
He even said it about 15 feet from the team and i could see some of the players putting there head down. I know they went to the coach
and said something. They lifted and sweated there ass off for years and then i just come in and take there job. He said would play
if we were up or down alot. We were a great team and were never up or down alot so i didn't even play a single snap. Best o and d lineman in the school
and didnt even play. Other people at school were like, wow he must suck, he doesn't even play. Only if they knew.
The coach starting a 5 7 150 pound guard and defensive tackle was an absolute ******* joke. Actually he as a bad ass hitter and for
high school not too small and he could run a 4.7 40. I ran a 4.9 and a mile in 6 min. Not bad for my 1st time ever running a distance.
One guy got injured and we lost one game. No big deal. It was actually against the 1 ranked team in the country that came up from florida.
we lost 23-22 and the next game the coach said he was finally gonna start me both ways.
At the practices we had scouts come check some of our players out and they were actually there to see others but they ended up
on me most of the time. I could go through the entire practice and not even look like i was working. I had offers from over 30 schools but I'll talk
about that later.
2 days before our big district game I missed practice. I had no choice. My dad tried to kill my mom and run her off the road. That nite
he also tried to kill or at least hurt me. He put both his hands around my neck and started choking and shaking me. My mom finally broke it up.
How both could still be in the same house together after he tried to run her off the road is beyond me. Like i said i have a sister that is blind and handicap
and as long as she was there in the house, i knew no killing would go on. My dad got real abusive towards my mom after he lost his job my junior
year in highschool and he would wake up and drink around 10 am and be knocked out most nites by 7. He would scream when he was sleeping and started to have vietnam flashbacks i believe.
The next day after school, i had to stay home to be with my sister because my mom had to work and my dad was out drunk in some bar. So i had to miss practice. My sister was normally in school from mon-friday and home on the weekends but not that day as they let out early for something.
We had a rule on the team, that if anyone misses practice he had to run a certain ammount before they could even play. I missed 3 total practices
in 2 months and didn't do any running to make it up. After he checked, he told me i had to run 5 miles to be able to play.
I then said, coach, the game is tommorrow and you want me to run 5 miles? I said do you want to win or lose. If you make me run
this 5 miles i will be too tired and exhausted to be able to play. I'm an lineman, not a wr or rb. I need to rest and build up
mental and physical energy. He said run it or your off the team.
I left and quit the team.
Of course nobody knew the real reasons except for me and for the next 2 months my senior year i was an outcast to the whole school
pretty much expect for a few geeks, People though i quit on the team and wanted nothing to do with me.
Our team did win the district but the way our system is setup we played the 1 ranked team in the state in round 1 and lost.
I remember as our team was leaving on a charter bus. I looked at some of the coaches and a couple players and gave them
the choke symbol.
It wasn't until december 31st that i would be back to being cool again with the team and the rest of the school. Wee had a big party and of
course since my dad is a drunk and has about 3 months of beer on hand. I brought tons of beer to the party and just like that, im back
in. The season was over and it was time to be friends again. That nite was the first nite i ever drank and will never forget being the cool kid again.
That nite was also a horrific nite as 6 friends in 2 cars in opposite ends of the county both wrecked. 3 guys and 3 girls in both cars.
All six girls died and all the guys did not have a scratch on them. The cars not even totalled.
Both guys driving were drinking, but you know how it is, they weren't really ****** up, just legally drunk and underage.
They just went around a curve and hit mail boxes and an hill. The other ran off the road and hit an embankment. None of the guys understood
how the survived and the girls didn't, since nobody had a scratch on them . I believe it was a quick jerking action of there heads moving or hitting the seat
that killed them , if thats what happened. None of the guys even knew as they were just fine. I saw them all minutes after it happened and
nobody even knew they were dead. Just figured they were knocked out and would come though, but didn't.
Nobody reallly talked about it again for the rest of my senior year. We continued to party but always made sure no drinking and driving, i think.
I was a wild man my 2nd half of my senior year as there was nothing better than partying on friday and sat night, going mudding on sunday and then just get through school and do it all over again.
I graduated even though i flunked 3 classes and passed my english test by 1 point. hell i probaly flunked it and they just passed me anyway.
Looking back i wish i would of flunked a couple years because there were some serious babes in the 7th and 8th grade that would be in high school
those next 2 years.

Part 3
Wow what a day, i lost my fantasy big fantasy league by 1.78 pts, I benched a hernandez for z miller. Another brilliant play.
Almost as bad as the day i got busted on 3 way calling. Back in 1993 i weighed 230 pounds and lifted weights maybe 4 times in my
life. I was being offered tennis scholarships by some small schools and decided i thought it was time to hit the gym. I wanted
to gain muscle and lose fat like everyone else. After a month i was down to 195 and stayed there for a couple months. During this time
my confidence was shooting up like a mother fucker. I love women boys, i mean the young ones. Nothing better than those fine 15 year old
freshman and sophmores. I was 21 and started seeing this 15 year old , a chick about 30 min away was 15 and another was 16.
I never banged any of them but i was getting close. Not sure why, but i was never a fan of jerking to some chick
i might be banging soon. I was mainly a talker on the phone, The phone was kind of like the internet now. You can be anyone
you want on the phone. I would talk to each one about an hour a day, go over ones house, meet one at the park, store, wal mart
etc.
Turns out all 3 all had a close friend and blabbed about me. Next thing you know they all start talking to eachother about me.

I then get back on the phone and before i could say i think its not a good idea that we meet, etc. Both get on the phone
and bust me ******* ass. I then started to do my smooth talking and it almost worked. I said i never touched either one of you,
whats wrong with me talking to 2 women. I then said i was talking to another women and she really likes me, blah blah blah
Hell i can't even remember the whole conversation, but one said i wouldn't be getting any of this fine ass.
I then call up chick 3, and i do the same thing , i say brb, and oh my ******* god, all 3 chicks were on the phone and they busted
me again. Actually about 11 women were on the phone, because one had 3 way, then another had 3 way and so on. So 11
******* women busting me on 3 way calling. Man those were the days
. I heard some rumor about some internet thing would be popular someday and would be around soon.
Hell i was still playing on my atari..
About 2 months later, i drank tequila for the 1st time ever and met up with the daughter of the guy my mom had an affair with for years. LMAO.

Had a good and bad nite tonight. As some of you know i have a uncle with alzheimers and tonight he physically attacked my mom because
I believe he did not recognize her.. I had to run into the other room and grab his hands. 90 percent of the time he is okay. The other 10
percent he is not. Just a random thing that happens maybe 4 times a year and tonight was one of those nights. Some of the side
effects of the meds he takes is for the same reason he takes them, which is some anxiety type meds. Everyones asleep now
and okay for awhile now i guess.
I played six fantasy leagues this year and have made it to the finals of 3. Got beat in the first round of the playoffs in 2 and missed playoffs in one.
So i should have some money coming in. Turns out i played the guy with AP in 2 leagues with no replacements. Lucked out there, but he
would of needed 2 td to beat me anyway from Adrian Peterson.
Okay now time for some stories of when i got caught jerking off.
I remember the first time i got caught. I was on the couch with a playboy under the covers and for some reason, my mom
comes in the room and says " what are you doing" . Im like wtf, she doesn't even hardly talk to me and then she comes over

Okay back to my story of my almost tennis scholarships, walking on to play tennis and being recruited to play football.
You saw early in my blog that i was once almost 400, 195, 280, etc.
I only lifted weights maybe 4 times in high school, alot knew i was the best player in school as far as defense and offensive
line goes. I was also a great tennis player and was getting offers from small schools . I went to a community college the first 2 years
and I decided to lift weights and build some muscle and lose some fat just like everyone else that does it. You saw from my blog
earlier that i went from 230 to 195 . I then started to lift weights. Warmup sets and one set to failure and then drop sets to failure.
Train each bodypart once a week. Also called Hit training popularized by mike mentzer and arthur jones and dorian yates. Everything about it
made complete sense to me. The 1st month i went from 195 to 225. 2nd mont 225 to 240 and 3rd month 240 to 280. Didn't lose any speed,
in fact i had more endurance and ever more confident then ever. Everyone though i was on roids except for the fact I didn't lose any fat.
I was incline bench pressing 400 pounds and squatting and deadlifting 500 for 10 reps with no cheating.
I then scrapped the idea of playing tennis and just play it recreationally. After hitting a few gyms and training with football players from other schools,
I was being swamped with offers to play football. I went to a couple camps and just dominated everyone. I was moving like a dear at 280 pounds.
During this time, i also went from 280 to 315 and was going to play tight end or linebacker at 315. Never even heard of before by a few people.
I had offers from kentucky, murray state, eastern and western kentucky, bowling green, toledo, northern alabama. I was even offered money to play for northern alabama. Most other offers were from division 2 or smaller schools.
I decided to walk on at kentucky. I went through all the camps but none of the official ones. I went home for 2 months after the spring practices.
On the way driving to lexington to officially be on the team. I drove 4 hours to lexington pulled up in the parking lot. Nervous, shaking, crying, .
My confidence just completely went away all of a sudden and I no longer wanted to play. I knew i would party, not do any school work and I was having all
kinds of trouble at home. This was when social workers were trying to take my sister away from us and my dad was drinking too much and my
mom was working 16 hours a day. I pulled out of the parking lot and drove home. Some might think of this as a joke, but some people on the staff at kentucky, called me the great white hope. Too this day, i wonder what everyone would of though of me starting at kentucky as a 315 pound
linebacker when i was bigger than most of the lineman. What could of been, what could of been.

Almost died tonight

Just when i thought i hit rock bottom A 350 pound man almost drowns in the ******* bathtub
How in the **** does someone drown in the bathtub, hell i hardly even fit in if i a lie down in it.
I dozed off someone and have no idea how i did that since i have insomnia and up at almost 4 am.
I was soaking in epsom salt and hot water , first time ive done this in years.
Next thing i know Im waking up under water , no idea if im drowning or wtf is going on. I wonder if i even knew i was under water.
My feet and legs were up in the air and against the wall so i was slid down . I was trying to get up and i couldn't
WTF. I was slipping and sliding and i eventually got up somehow and i started breathing hard as if i almos drowned. I assume
i almost did.
Did i wake up under water? Did drowning make me wake up? Maybe someone can help me out on that answer. Im
stunned. Could you imagine someone finding me naked and dead in the bathtub? It was not a fun experience, everything
about it sucked ass.

How to heal from injuries?

What If The Pain Won't Go Away?
Sometimes pain is very persistant and still won't go away even with "slow
movement" type exercise therapy. If the pain persists, follow these
rules and your recovery should be much faster.
Rule #1
Once you get injured... everything changes. Forget about your current
rate of progress. Your new goal is to heal the injury. Focus all your
attention on getting better.
Rule #2
Don't lay off... It doens't help. The pain just stays with you... It
doesn't seem to matter how long you lay off. You must actually
work the injury out of the joint. Which leads to rule #3...
Rule #3
Find exercises that do not cause no pain. This is important! When I say
no pain, I mean no pain. Not pain that is tolerable or less than it was, I
mean no pain. You see... pain sets up a histamine reaction which causes
swelling and blocks circulation just like your nose plugs up with allergies...
That's why you take anti-histamines to reduce the swelling, so you can
breath again. Finding pain free exercises gets circulation into the injured
area. Also... the exercise has to be pain free even before you warm
up the joint. Not after.
Rule #4
Don't be fooled by endorphin release. It will mask the pain. Even if you
can't feel it... The injury is still taking place. You must find exercises
that don't cause pain without any warm-up. This will accelerate the
healing tremendously.
Rule #5
After you have once found pain free exercises, use a light resistance
and move very slowly through the exercise. It will stimulate nutrient
rich, healing blood to circulate into the area and sweep out all the
accumulated toxins.
Rule #6
Ice the injured area each night until it goes numb. Your body will sense
the cold and send more warm fresh blood to the injured area. Be
careful you don't over do it and get frostbite.
Rule #7
Take aspirin about every three hours, it is a mild anti-inflammatory
and allegedly thins the blood to aid in penetrating the swollen tissues.
Don't take it before workouts as it will mask pain. You need pain to
tell you when you are re-injuring yourself.
Rule #8
Don't ignore the first signs of pain. Be alert on every exercise. If you
feel a little tinge of pain, stop the exercise and go to something else.
Most of the damage can be avoided if you will be more alert to the
very first signs of pain. I'm talking about joint pain not the lactic
acid pain associated with muscles workingComment -
