What makes these dates or any others "unusual"? Because the numbers in them have a repeating pattern? By that logic the numbers 11,22,33,44,55, etc. are all unusual. So what about other patterns in the date such as counting, 9/10/11? Isnt that unusual? Or adding the first two to get the third, 5/6/11, 6/5/11? Finally, these dates are only "unusual" because we abbreviate the year.

This is false. This only applies to people born in the 20th century. For some one born in 1898 it would be 98+113=211. Born in 2001, 01+10=11.
More importantly, this is just a variation of how we calculate our age anyway. There are 3 variables here, the year you were born, the current year, and your current age. Knowing any two of them allows one to solve for the third. So basically you are just saying, take the year you were born + the age you will be at the end of the year = 2011. YES. And take the year you were born - the current year = your current age (assuming you've had your "birthday"(really the ANNIVERSARY of your actual birth day))

THIS IS ALSO FALSE AND NOT SIGNIFICANT EVEN IF IT WERE TRUE. ANY month that begins on a saturday and has 31 days "will have 5 Sundays, 5 Mondays & 5 Saturdays." CHECK OUT OCTOBER 2016,2022,2033 etc..
