Because you are questioned all the time about your house, the best way to prove it is to tell us a city and state where your current home is listed on the MRIS.
Once you have done that, anyone can log on to the Dept. of assessments and taxation and match the home owner up to the owned property.
Also, once you finalize the new purchase anyone can simply log on and plug in the address listed on your link and see your transaction for themselves. It is all public information anyway.
That should clear up any questions once and for all.
