Get better bro! I dumped my first bike twice. Second one messed me up pretty bad. Fractured some vertebrae, which eventually led to having a couple removed and replaced with donor bone and some plates and screws.

Almost gave up riding...almost. Then Spring time came around and I started getting that ol' familiar itch. Lately I've been trying to talk myself into buying a used Triumph Speed3 but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Not sure exactly, wasn't going that fast since I was coming up on an intersection anyway...just ran up on a backed up line of traffic faster than I expected...just know some part of the bike caught me right when I started sliding/tumbling and there was a dip/ditch in between the different sets of roads (directional) so that didn't help much either.
