Alot of the hotel have ' residence floors' with condos.
I personally lovvve the idea, but it also sickens manuy people to live in s casinom, except Howard highs.

City Center looks like a disaster. Way too big and extremely high end. Terrible timing to open such an opulent place. I really hope they make it, last thing Vegas needs is a place that visible not making it.

for 200k in vegas/henderson you can get a nice house, brand new construction, 3000 square feet.

so why would someone pay 600k for a tiny condo?

I don't know what he pays exactly (and I'm not going to pry about it), but I know it's in the neighborhood of $1500/month with strip views on an upper floor. I was chatting with a dealer at the Bellagio on Friday night while waiting to get into a game, and he told me he was renting a place in Veer for just under $1K/month... which is a pretty sick deal even if he's got a crappy view on a lower floor.

I live in a highrise 2.5 miles from the strip and I pay $885/month for a pretty big 1 bedroom fwiw. If you hunt around you'll find deals in Vegas.
