Good morning fellas, managed to make 2x yesterday. I have to learn to lay off of totals in baseball, I have been ice cold and I continue to try to figure them out. Time to just take a few days away from totals. My sides have been money, I am going to be pissed if I don't win at least 10x today. same here man.. im 6'3 205 but an absolute rail. im trying to get to 215-220 but its tough. been lifting on and off mostly on for three years just to add 15-20 lbs. just alot of dedication people dont realize how hard it is to put on weight as well when you have a top-notch metabolism
