La has been playing well as of late which makes the line high like I figured and I will take advantage of it.. don't be worried about the sac game fri they were looking forward to this game. Ty and Jr have been playing excellent ball and this shall continue. I circled this game on the calender at the beginning of the year.

there are a number of reasons, but i think the two biggest are the team chemistry right now, and the fact that the lakers KNOW how big it would be if they could get that 1 spot and clinch home court advantage. I think the fact that they're at home, coming off the Utah win, Kobe and crew will be fired up.. and i think they will be aggressive and push hard not to get behind like they did with Utah. They can't afford to get behind really at all against this streaky denver team. also the total points me in the lakers direction, i think they D up and get the Nuggs to struggle offensively.Originally posted by forloveofthegame
I also think Spurs get the W today, so the lakers know how important it is to Win as well. Every game is huge at this point. Its a lot to lay the -7 and I'm a bit worried about a Denver back door, but then again I think the # is right on point. I'm so used to the days of factoring in Billups and Mello (hot or cold), and have to take into consideration that this seems to be a much more motivated, and so far, consistent Nuggets team. I will most likely wait until closer to tip and try to get on Lakers at a lower number, hopefully it doesn't go up on me. I will be on the lakers though, thats for sure.
On that note, do you guys think that the Spurs will finally play some Defense and bounce back to cover the -10.5? I do think they win, but I am unsure of Nash status.
