In order .... Kitchen, deck in back garden, bathroom, extension, new siding .... its all "on the list" and will get done eventually ...

I would re-do the kitchen. I'd gut it completely.

I'll be re-doing the back yard over the next month. Setting up a garden area and fencing it off from dogs. Aside from that I am happy with the way everything is on the inside. Last thing I did was install a urinal in the master bath so I don't have to deal with the seat up/down issue.
