It depends on what types of games you like. I'll list the broad categories and you can pick and choose:

Action/Adventure
Uncharted Drake's Fortune
Uncharted II: Among Thieves
God of War 3
God of War Collection (You get the original 1+2 games from PS2 remastered for 1080p)
Infamous
Little Big Planet 1+2 (more puzzle oriented not my thing but you may enjoy)
3d dot game heroes (a ripoff of the zelda franchise but still the same great gameplay and an interesting ascetic)
Red Dead Redemption (not exclusive but think Grand theft auto as a western)

Racing
Grand Turismo 5
Wipeout HD (you may have played this on the N64 so there is a + for nostalgia but the game is fun nonetheless. You feel the speed.)

RPG
Heavy Rain (it's an experience especially if you like the detective genre)
Demon's Souls
Mass effect 2 (not exclusive but it's a really outstanding game and PS3 version comes with all but 1 of the dlcs. There are 5 in total)
Dragon Age 1 +2 (See ME2 for why)
Elder Scrolls Oblivion: (see above)

FPS(First person shooters)

Killzone Franchise (There are 3 games, the third was recently released)
Resistance (1+2)

But really all the Call of Duty titles outshine the rest of the FPS's so if you have a choice go with them. It's not taking anything away from the other franchises but COD simply does it better, especially if you like multiplayer.

Have you plahed F.E.A.R.? It's an older game, but worth playing if you havent yet.

But do NOT play F.E.A.R at night, with all the lights off with surround sound.

I haven't had a fukking GAME make me yell "what the,...what ... the ... fukk,....OH MY GOD..WHAT THE FUKK!!! GET IT AWAY/FUKKING KILL IT!!!." Or jump out of my shit since playing the original Silent Hill back in the day.

Crysis 2 just came out. If that's the first thing you buy/play and you have a HI def screen the shit looks simply amazing.

Tiger Woods the Masters comes out on the 29th, I think it will be one of the first games that makes good use of the move capabilites.

Another RPG not on his list is "Valkyria Chronicles"; easily the best strategy-rpg on PS3.

Simple, take your Xbox to gamestop trade ti in and buy all the games you had for Xbox on PS3 now that you have a real system.

I actually custom ordered it. There was a $50 difference on Amazon, so it cost an extra 1062 points (6355 total). Pretty cool that Sam allowed it.

haha, it's just that so many more friends have an xbox, so that's why I got it first.

I have heard your internet connection better be on pt for Madden, but to me it is still the most fun game you can play when a bunch of people over and have tournaments and when by urself all the chit talking that goes on in live play is off the hook

For same type of aggressive chatter Call of Duty works too

Gran Turismo 5 is a must if you like realistic driving games. A lot of exclusive games have demos so check them out in the PS store.

Never get the PS3 version of games that you can get for the 360. Checkout Crysis 2, the 360 version has better graphics and smoother gameplay.
