I watched a little bit of of the McLaughlin group today and they were ripping Obama. Well everybody except the old jewish lady with the annoying voice. She did say something everybody laughed at though " we don't need leadership". Huh?

Basically the issue is
1) We were never attacked by any Libyans
2) We weren't in any immediate danger

Obama attacked them because
1) He wants to support the rebels ( some of them terrorists) for a regime change
2) Obama wants a regime change but won't come out and say it or do it.

Obama did not follow the correct protocol. If Gaddafi isn't taken out by rebels fast this could get nasty for Obama. He was so popular when running for office, but he has failed to get any popularity for his policies. He was a good salesman of himself, a horrible salesman of his ideas... Many that he liked about.

It is really quite simple. Obama does whatever he thinks will get him reelected. If that means throwing his Liberal frineds under the bus when it comes to Foreign Policies, than so be it. His claims that he is supressing the slaughter of innocent people is B.S. He carefully targets his fights. He picked on Libya, but not Syria, whose slaughter of it's citizens is hundreads of times worse than in Libya. He targeted Libya only after getting the green light from France, England, and Italy.

Unfortunately for Obama, this strategy completely baackfired on him. The Rebels, now known to have Al Queda and other terrorists amongst them, simply cannot defeat Gadaffi's forces, no matter how much air support from NATO they receive. Obama is now mired in yet another standoff in the Middle East. He has not pulled the troops out of Afghanistan. His Iraq policy is in shambles. He backed down on the closure of GITMO. He sent his head stooge in the Justice Departmenht out to blame Congress for that move.

Obama does what is good for Obama. Do not think for one second that he cares about anyone else, because he does not. Obama's Foreign Policy is based on what will get him reelected in 2012, and nothing else.

I once was excited for the man and our country. The one problem is he sucks. End of story. Maybe you saw the 2010 elections as a feather in his cap or something, but that's where he blew it permanently - single handedly he undid the progressive movement.

Calling people racists for calling out Obama on never showing leadership or backbone or for totally ignoring campaign promises isn't gonna cut it, bud - it's pretty clear you don't live here.
