Hot sauce is like an athlete: you have to match the skills to the event. Barry Bonds would've been a shitty basketball Center, Michael Jordan a terrible baseball players, Steve Young a terrible...wait, Steve Young could do anything. Anyway,

Tapatio for tacos, burritos, empenadas, enchiladas, tortas, etc
Sriracha for pho, bun, imperial rolls, pad thai, pad see yew, etc
Tabasco for eggs, pizza, and most other things.

Not sure what the hype is with Frank's. Had it on fried Chicken yesterday, basically a better tasting Louisiana Hot sauce but more expensive.

Those who haven't has to really try out tapatio or Cholula, which I would say is a better all purpose hot sauce.
