Yes Mikhail, to prevent exactly what HotStreak suggested. Not like a background check can rule out everything but it's really the only option out there for validating someone's integrity.

fwiw, myself and several other posters ie ApricotSinner, Deuce, SoV, ZetaPsi, etc... have been on Skype with Bobby while he was taking these calls. Obviously they were coming through a phone line so we couldn't hear the person's private info but this is legit. We've heard him take calls from ladies ordering some kind of mineral make-up, girdles, clothes, pizza orders, etc
